There is no need to use a special macro to insert the document or for users to download the file first. The built in file preview allows you to view many file types right from the page. When inserting a file into your page, you can choose to show it as a thumbnail or as a link. From here you can upload just about any type of file, and multiple files at once. There’s a brand new Files button on the toolbar. If you use Word documents to create multiple pages based on the heading levels in your Word document, new pages are now organized in the same order as your document, not in alphabetical order. Heading order respected when importing from Word To access your drafts, go to your profile picture, then choose Drafts. And it will save a draft of your page just in case you didn’t mean to close the editor. The editor ‘Cancel’ button will now say ‘Close’ for clarity. With this larger work space, there’s no longer a ‘full screen editor’ view. Page titles and breadcrumbs now appear below the editor toolbar, and scroll with the page. The text editor has changed to allow more room for content. Warnings and other alerts have a new look.The notifications that let you know when someone has commented on or edited a page you’re viewing have a brand new design, and have moved to the top-right of the page.
